Neumo Holdings LLC seeks a Proposal Specialist to own government RFx responses from intake to submission. You will coordinate SMEs across Sales, Product, Implementation, Security, Legal, and Finance to meet tight deadlines with strict compliance.

This hands‑on writing and project management role thrives on detail, deadlines, and building a content library within a growing proposal function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of proposal development experience for public sector solicitations.
• Experience owning RFP responses from release to submission.
• APMP Foundation certification preferred, or willingness to earn it within 12 months.
• Familiarity with government procurement portals and govtech SaaS domains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned responses end to end from kickoff to submission.
• Create compliance matrices and ensure full adherence to requirements.
• Draft, tailor, and edit content from Q&A libraries with SME input.
• Coordinate SME contributions and manage scheduling to stay on track.
• QC for compliance, accuracy, and brand voice, including pricing references.
• Identify risk and route terms to Legal per the review process.
• Assemble final packages and manage portal uploads or hardcopy delivery.
• Partner with Account Executives through Salesforce RFx intake and tracking.
