The role operates in a hybrid setting and focuses on end-to-end management of complex consulting engagements, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget alignment. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of PM experience, strong governance and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with MS Project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in complex engagements.
• Experience managing complex consulting engagements across stages.
• Experience developing project plans and schedules.
• Governance and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing project teams and vendors.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Public-sector project experience preferred.
• Microsoft Project or similar PM tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules.
• Facilitate project governance activities.
• Manage project teams and vendors.
• Monitor project risks and issues.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications.
• Prepare executive status reports.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Support organizational and technology transformation projects.
• Provide project oversight and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
