Job summary

ElevenLabs in North America seeks an experienced partnerships leader to build and scale the Public Sector Partner Programme, bringing together resellers, VARs, and SIs for government and education markets.

You will own the partner strategy end-to-end—from onboarding to enablement and activation—driving one-to-one and multi-partner collaboration, and delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth for the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and scaling SaaS into public sector markets.
• 4+ years owning VAR and SI partnerships in public sector.
• Deep familiarity with government procurement cycles and contract vehicles.
• Builder mindset for 0→1 partner motions.
• Ability to explain complex API-driven products to partners and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale ElevenLabs' Public Sector Partner Programme in North America.
• Onboard, enable, and activate SIs and VARs to sell ElevenLabs to government and education.
• Design partner incentive and enablement models for procurement realities.
• Generate qualified pipeline through partner-led opportunities.
• Scale programme against NA growth targets and manage day-to-day execution.
