Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. seeks a seasoned client relationship leader for state and local education (SLED) engagements in the United States.

You will drive executive advisory services, manage complex IT modernization programs, and pursue strategic SLED opportunities across agencies and municipalities. The role requires deep public sector procurement knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and a proven ability to grow enterprise IT accounts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in client relationship management and executive advisory within state government agencies, municipalities, or public sector environments.
• Proven track record of building and commercializing consultative relationships with senior public sector leaders and department directors.
• Demonstrated experience leading and executing complex IT consulting projects, cloud migrations, and infrastructure modernizations with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close business development opportunities within SLED accounts.
• Lead and manage IT consulting projects, cloud migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Engage with clients to align solutions with state budget cycles and procurement processes.
