Job summary

Kyndryl Consult is seeking an experienced public sector leader in the mid-Atlantic region to guide state and local government transformations. You will lead delivery across hybrid cloud, AI adoption, and enterprise IT modernization for New Jersey and Pennsylvania clients.

Collaborating with solution architects and commercial teams, you will shape strategic change agendas, manage complex engagements, and mentor growing consulting talent within the SLED practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience advising state government agencies or public sector entities.
• Proven track record closing business development within SLED accounts.
• Experience leading complex IT consulting, cloud migrations, and modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with state agencies and procurement leaders to drive digital transformation.
• Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams across engagements from pre-deal to execution.
• Ensure compliant, secure, and scalable IT solutions aligned with client needs.
