Job summary

Barco Products in Batavia, IL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue in government, municipal, campground, HOA, and school markets. You will build trusted relationships, educate customers on product features and sustainability, and guide them through a thoughtful purchase process.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chat; manage quotes and orders in NetSuite; and collaborate with the sales team to hit monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B or B2G inside sales experience.
• Proficiency in NetSuite order management, quotes, and CRM.
• Ability to build rapport with government and institutional customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with government, municipal, campground, HOA, and school markets.
• Provide solution-oriented customer service considering environment and end use.
• Prepare quotes, shipping estimates, and process orders from start to finish in NetSuite.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage outbound calling campaigns.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product portfolio.
• Meet monthly quotas and support team sales targets.
