Port View Resources seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Wood Dale, IL to nurture and grow existing accounts, support new business with a consultative approach, and be the go-to contact for pricing and problem-solving. Responsibilities include managing accounts, negotiating terms, CRM upkeep, post-sales follow-up, and collaboration on trade shows and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of sales experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce CRM is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; consultative approach.
• Proactive, independent work style with teamwork when needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow existing accounts with regular contact via phone and email.
• Negotiate prices and contract terms with clients when required.
• Follow up on inquiries and quotations; keep CRM up to date.
• Assist post-sales follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare reports on client needs, interests, and competitor activity.
• Handle inquiries, quotations, invoicing, filing, and inventory control.
• Support Live Chat and participate in marketing activities such as trade shows.
• Occasional travel for onsite training, trade shows, or inventory.
