Job summary

Atkore is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be based in Harvey, IL. You will service as the primary contact for government agencies, contractors, and distributors, manage a robust sales pipeline for Bollard initiatives, and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to deliver solutions.

You will drive revenue by building strong client relationships, meeting quarterly KPIs, and leveraging Salesforce for opportunity tracking.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of inside sales experience.
• Must demonstrate a strong work ethic with organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a contact point for customers including governmental agencies, contractors and distributors.
• Maintain a pipeline of active projects for Bollard industries (stadiums, bridges, commercial areas).
• Match customer needs with security solutions and identify opportunities for new products/services.
• Provide market intelligence including competitor pricing and delivery information to support decision making.
• Close deals and grow the business by building relationships with customers and prospects.
