SHI International Corp. in the United States is seeking a Manager to lead our Public Sector Inside Account Executives. The role focuses on building books of business, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach, mentor, and guide daily operations, sales activities, and professional development. The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sales processes, grow customer relationships, and support SHI's Public Sector growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years experience in inside sales, account management, or sales leadership.
• Proven track record in attaining sales goals and quotas.
• Experience selling to public sector preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Account Executives to achieve targets.
• Oversee cold calling, prospecting, and profiling accounts to build pipelines.
• Guide team in developing customer relationships via multiple channels.
• Ensure quotas and activity metrics are consistently met.
• Manage entire sales cycle from outreach to renewal.
• Provide guidance on SHI tools to improve productivity and satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries and identify IT solutions.
• Monitor performance with CRM and reporting tools; act on insights.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge.
