You will align HR strategies with project objectives, guiding workforce planning, talent development, and change management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, public administration, or business management.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in HR with public sector or project HR experience.
• Strong workforce planning, talent and change management.
• Knowledge of SA labour law and public sector regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to work independently on multiple projects.
• Experience with HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to define HR strategies for public sector projects.
• Advise on workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management.
• Support change management for project adoption.
• Facilitate employee relations and ensure legal compliance.
• Develop and deliver HR trainings for projects.
• Manage HR data and reporting for project needs.
• Identify HR risks within projects.
• Build relationships with project teams and government officials.
• Contribute to HR best practices for public sector engagements.
• Ensure consistent HR policy application across Northern Cape sites.
