Formación

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or corporate strategy.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for diverse organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in market research and strategic analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with on-site client needs in Upington and surrounding areas.
• Proactive and client-focused approach to project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic planning engagements for clients, facilitating workshops and developing comprehensive strategic roadmaps.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence gathering, and industry trend assessments.
