Placements24 is seeking an HR Generalist to join their Upington team. You will support recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration while implementing HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment. The role requires proactive collaboration and adherence to labor laws.

In this growing regional hub, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, handle employee inquiries, and assist with compensation and payroll processes. A strong HRIS and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Solid understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Assist with administration of compensation, benefits and payroll processes.
• Contribute to HR programs, HR initiatives and maintain accurate records.
