Job summary

HD Supply in Riverside, CA is seeking a Field Account Representative for Public Sector Customers. This in-person role manages an established customer portfolio, drives MRO sales, and travels within the 215 corridor to Temecula and Coachella Valley.

Compensation includes a base salary plus monthly sales incentives, plus equipment and expenses coverage. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B field sales, knowledge of facilities products, and proficiency with Excel and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B field sales experience.
• Large volume of product lines experience.
• Organizational skills and tech-savvy.
• Knowledge of facilities products (hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial, HVAC).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Experience with consultative/solution selling.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales volume with an existing group of customers and prospect new accounts.
• Develop and implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned area.
• Develop and sustain sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
• Attend monthly business meetings and local trade shows; participate in regional/national activities.
• Assist in training or mentoring of associates.
