Job summary

Leadbeam, Inc. is seeking a Field Account Representative for our Public Sector division to manage an established MRO portfolio in the Riverside–Temecula corridor and the Coachella Valley.

This is an in-person, territory-based field sales role with consistent day travel and infrequent overnight travel. You will grow sales with existing customers, prospect new accounts, and build relationships with decision makers across facilities product lines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B field sales experience.
• Experience with a large volume of product lines.
• Knowledge of facilities products (hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, HVAC).
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manages sales volume with an existing group of customers and prospects new accounts to expand the customer base.
• Develops and implements plans to expand business presence in assigned area. Shares market and competitor information with all applicable channels.
• Develops and sustains sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers on all levels of the organization.
• Attends monthly business meetings for company sponsored associations. Participates in all local trade shows, and, if required, similar regional / national activities.
• Assists in training or mentoring of associates.
