Job summary

UKG is seeking a Public Sector West Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new logo growth across the Western United States. You will own a defined territory, engage senior government leaders, and lead pursuits from first conversation through contract.

You will sell UKG’s cloud‑based HCM and Workforce Management solutions, collaborate with leadership and partners, and strive to exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced, highly strategic market.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years selling complex cloud or SaaS to enterprise or public-sector.
• Proven ability to close multi-million dollar enterprise deals.
• Experience engaging C-level executives and government leaders.
• Knowledge of public-sector procurement processes (RFP/RFI) and budgets.
• Track record meeting or exceeding a $2M annual quota.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans for state and local government.
• Generate net-new pipeline and close strategic agreements over $500k annually.
• Engage senior stakeholders including governors’ offices and CIOs.
• Navigate government buying processes and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast in Salesforce/Clari.
• Achieve revenue and bookings targets.
