UKG is seeking a Public Sector Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new logo growth across UKG’s Public Sector West Enterprise territory, covering large state and local government organizations in the Western United States.

You’ll own a defined territory, manage complex, high-value deals, and collaborate with an experienced leadership team, solution consultants, value engineers, and partners. A proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales and public-sector procurement is required.

Qualificações

• 7+ years selling complex cloud or SaaS to enterprise or public-sector.
• Experience closing $500k+ annual contracts.
• 12+ month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience selling to state/local government preferred.
• Understanding of public-sector procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on state agencies and public-sector entities.
• Generate net-new pipeline and close strategic agreements over $500,000 ACV.
• Engage senior government leaders and executives.
• Navigate government buying processes (RFPs/RFIs, etc.).
• Forecast and maintain opportunity data in Salesforce and Clari.
• Achieve revenue and bookings targets.
