UKG Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new logo growth across the Public Sector East Enterprise territory in the Northeast.

This hunter role targets large state and local government organizations with a defined territory and complex, high-value deals. You will sell UKG’s cloud-based HCM and WFM solutions, engaging senior leaders and navigating government procurement processes to close strategic agreements.

Formación

• 7+ years of proven success selling complex cloud or SaaS solutions to enterprise or public-sector organizations.
• Experience selling to C-level executives and senior government leaders.
• Proven track record closing complex enterprise agreements of $500,000+ in annual contract value.
• Experience managing sales cycles of 12 months or longer with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on state agencies, cities, counties, and other large public-sector entities.
• Generate net-new pipeline and close strategic agreements, with emphasis on $500,000+ annual value.
• Engage senior government leaders and procurement officials.
• Navigate public-sector procurement processes including RFPs/RFIs and budget cycles.
• Lead opportunities from prospecting through contract execution; manage close plans.
