Scale AI is hiring an engagement manager to lead delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer. You will own or support an account plan, manage day-to-day delivery, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing delivery.
• Structured, analytics-driven problem solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be onsite 4+ days/week in Suffolk, VA with some travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from executives to end users.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases for Scale's engineers to build.
• Lead cross-functional teams to exceed AI/ML objectives.
• Proactively identify customer needs and operator pain points.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of accounts.
