Job summary

Scale AI's public sector delivery team is seeking a senior delivery professional to manage relationships with federal customers and partners, and to work with Scale's engineering team to solve complex problems. You will translate mission workflows into AI and agentic use cases, and lead cross-functional efforts to achieve customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software/Systems engineering, product management, or related delivery role.
• Ability to translate complex customer workflows into structured technical or product requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior government leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships across the account from executives to analysts.
• Build structured user-engagement programs for operators and analysts.
• Translate mission problems into AI/agentic workflow use cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, security, and government stakeholders.
• Plan and execute customer engagement weeks, user testing events, demonstrations, and onsite activities.
• Drive adoption of Scale capabilities in operational environments and feed user feedback into product requirements.
