Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or Master's with related experience.
• Experience engaging with public agencies and navigating procurement processes.
• Knowledge of California energy efficiency and electrification programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted engagement strategies to strengthen agency relationships and participation.
• Serve as the point of contact for public agencies and coordinate with internal teams.
• Interface with stakeholders to acquire new program participants and guide onboarding.
• Assist agencies in navigating internal approvals to advance participation.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliant delivery of technical services.
• Collect and verify documentation for referrals and NMEC incentives per CPUC rules.
• Support event planning and on-site outreach activities as needed.
• Represent the program at tabling events and community activities to promote awareness.
• Lead or support program reporting and track milestones for executives and teams.
• Identify issues and risks and drive resolution; pursue process improvements.
• Travel approximately 20% for meetings and outreach activities.
