Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public administration, business administration, engineering, environmental science/studies, economics, or related field with exposure to energy sector.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience; Master’s with 1+ year of related experience.
• Residency within Kings, Tulare, Kern, Riverside, or San Bernardino County to support in-person outreach and engagement within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted engagement strategies to strengthen public agency relationships and increase program participation.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for public agencies, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery of technical services.
• Interface with stakeholders to execute relationship-based strategies to acquire new public agency participants.
• Meet with interested public agencies to guide onboarding and establish program partnerships.
