Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in public administration, business administration, engineering, environmental science/studies, economics, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with more than 3 years of related experience OR Master's with more than 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted engagement strategies to strengthen public agency relationships and increase program participation.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for public agencies, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery of technical services.
• Interface with key stakeholders to execute relationship-based strategies for acquiring new public agency participants.
• Meet with interested public agencies to guide onboarding and foundation for program partnership.
• Assist agencies in navigating internal approval processes to secure buy-in and participation.
• Collaborate with the program's management team to ensure efficient, compliant delivery of technical services.
• Collect and verify required documentation to support project referrals and NMEC incentives per CPUC requirements.
• Plan and execute program-related events, including logistics and on-site assistance.
• Represent the program at tabling events and direct community outreach to promote awareness.
• Lead or support completion of program reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Track milestones and updates to executives, management and project teams.
• Proactively identify issues and risks and drive resolution efforts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase program participation.
• Travel varies weekly, averaging ~20% for meetings and outreach activities.
