You will engage public agencies across Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas territories, lead stakeholder outreach, and support project management for local governments, school districts, tribal nations, and federal agencies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public administration, business administration, engineering, environmental science/studies, economics, or related field with exposure to energy sector.
• Bachelor’s degree with more than 3 years of related experience.
• Master’s degree with more than 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted engagement strategies to strengthen public agency relationships and increase program participation.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for public agencies, coordinating with internal teams.
• Interface with key stakeholders to execute relationship-based strategies for acquiring new public agency participants.
• Meet with interested public agencies to guide them through the onboarding process and set the foundation for successful program partnership.
• Assist participating agencies in navigating internal approval processes to secure buy-in and advance program participation.
• Collaborate with the program's management team to ensure efficient, compliant delivery of technical services.
• Collect and verify all required documentation to support project referrals and NMEC incentives, ensuring CPUC compliance.
• Support planning and execution of program-related events, including logistics coordination and on-site assistance.
• Represent the program at tabling events and direct community-based outreach activities to promote program awareness.
• Lead and/or support completion of program-related reporting requirements and track milestones for stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and elevate issues and risks and drive resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements within outreach and onboarding workflows.
• Travel approximately 20% for meetings, agency engagement, and outreach.
