This role focuses on proactive outreach to public agencies in Southern California, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize program enrollment and participation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience in energy/public sector.
• Residence within Kings, Tulare, Kern, Riverside, or San Bernardino County for in-person duties.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and electrification technologies.
• Knowledge of California energy efficiency marketplace.
• Knowledge of KOL concepts for customer acquisition.
• Experience using CRM or similar tracking systems.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders to drive results.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical services to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office suite.
• Ability to deliver results and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted engagement strategies to increase participation.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for public agencies and coordinate with internal teams.
• Interface with stakeholders to acquire new public agency participants.
• Meet with agencies to onboard, set foundation for partnership.
• Assist agencies in navigating internal approvals to advance participation.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliant service delivery.
• Collect and verify documentation for program referrals and NMEC incentives.
• Plan and execute program-related events and provide on-site support.
• Represent the program at tabling events and outreach activities.
• Lead reporting and track milestones; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues and risks; implement process improvements.
• Travel approximately 20% for meetings and outreach.
