Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in public administration, business administration, engineering, environmental science/studies, economics, or related field with a focus on energy sector.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with related experience stated in listing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted engagement strategies to strengthen public agency relationships and increase program participation.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for public agencies, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of technical services.
• Interface with stakeholders to execute relationship-based strategies for acquiring new public agency participants.
• Meet with interested public agencies to guide onboarding and establish partnerships.
• Assist agencies in navigating internal approval processes to advance participation.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliant delivery of technical services.
• Track and verify documentation for program referrals and NMEC incentives; ensure CPUC compliance.
• Plan and support program events, including logistics and on-site assistance.
• Represent the program at events and lead community outreach activities.
• Lead and support program reporting; track milestones and provide status updates.
• Identify and mitigate issues and risks; implement process improvements to boost participation.
• Travel approximately 20% for meetings and outreach activities.
