Google Public Sector (GPS) Enablement Leader will drive performance across technical and business teams, delivering scalable learning systems and ensuring the execution of contractual customer training commitments.

You will partner with executives to design tailored programs, oversee life-cycle of GPS enablement, and build curricula from the ground up, including labs and software simulations to accelerate time-to-productivity across the GTM organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years advising VP+ leaders on cross-functional alignment and program execution for corporate events or sales kickoffs.
• Experience with modern cloud architectures and generative AI deployment models.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience designing and packaging repeatable sales motions, playbooks, and multi-tier learning programs within regulated government and public sector markets.
• Active, or the ability to obtain, a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
