Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking an Enablement Manager for the Public Sector GTM Team to scale a growing sales org. You will translate leadership strategy into repeatable onboarding, training, and content programs that accelerate new-hire readiness and improve deal execution.

You will own onboarding materials, playbooks, and micro-trainings, Partners with Product, PMM, and Sales Leadership to keep messaging aligned and resources current.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or Public Sector leadership.
• Proven ability to rapidly build and update sales content, onboarding modules, and training resources.
• Experience supporting Public Sector sellers.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership strategy into repeatable onboarding, training, and content programs.
• Own onboarding materials, playbooks, micro-trainings, and content systems.
• Partner with managers to reinforce qualification, procurement navigation, and deal execution.
• Design sector-specific training and micro-enablement with tight timelines.
• Maintain an organized Public Sector content system with high adoption and current materials.
• Track onboarding, adoption, and early-funnel metrics and share insights.
