Job summary

Samsara in the United States is seeking a senior Demand Generation professional for the Public Sector segment. You will develop and execute campaigns to drive qualified pipeline, collaborating with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales to run integrated programs across webinars, email nurtures, and direct mail.

You will analyze performance, optimize ROI, and scale programs while aligning with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or related experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to plan and manage large-scale campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Experience in or with the Public Sector, federal or state governments.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members in marketing, sales, finance, business operations, product, and account development to execute a best-in-class go-to-market motion by leading joint initiatives, facilitating communication across departments, and driving alignment on marketing strategies.
• Forecast and measure the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of programs, adjusting tactics and strategy accordingly.
• Build and execute campaign activations across channels like webinars, email, content marketing, direct mail, and more. Turn net-new activities into evergreen programs.
• Strategize and execute email campaigns, engagement and nurturing, advertising, webinars, sales enablement, direct mail, trade shows, social media, and more.
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.
