Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for strategic accounts.
• Serve as the accountable technical leader across multiple teams.
• Develop and execute plans to onboard, enable, and drive adoption.
• Provide KPI updates on usage, health, and ROI to leadership.
• Coordinate with Professional Services for delivery proposals.
• Engage with product/engineering teams for enhancements and upgrades.
