Job summary

Databricks seeks a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to lead post-sale technical strategy and executive engagement for key accounts in the Huntsville region. You will work with sales, field engineers, and services to accelerate Databricks adoption, enable go-lives, and drive ongoing value across complex use cases.

This hybrid role blends technical leadership with commercial accountability, requiring U.S. citizenship and active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering data/AI solutions for customers.
• Ability to discuss design choices with executives and technical teams.
• Strong program/project management with stakeholder accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale technical strategy for Databricks use cases across strategic accounts.
• Serve as the accountable technical leader across multiple teams through onboarding and go-live.
• Own production readiness and act as the first contact for production issues and questions.
• Coordinate with Shared Services and Support to define required tasks beyond scope.
• Develop execution plans for producing use cases and coordinate with PS on engagements.
• Engage Product/Engineering for new features, previews, and upgrades.
• Define work streams for adoption, growth, governance, and cost optimization.
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to the Technical GM.
