Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solution Architect Manager for Public Sector to lead post-sales strategy and drive productionization of customer use cases. You will hire, coach, and mentor a diverse DSA team while aligning with Sales, Pre-sales, and Professional Services to accelerate value delivery.

You will partner with executives, shape the DSA practice, and ensure ongoing learning and certification alignment, with travel as needed in the DC metro region to support customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing role (required).
• Delivery experience in SaaS, Data/AI stack, and post-sales environments.
• Experience building and leading technical post-sales teams.
• Ability to engage trusted advisors and executives on data projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Delivery Solution Architects.
• Shape and monitor post-sales execution strategy for Public Sector customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales and Professional Services teams.
• Invest in team hiring, coach, and certification progression.
• Travel up to 30% around the D.C. Metro area.
