Job summary

GenLogs Corporation is seeking a Public Sector Customer Success Lead to own the government-focused CS function, from onboarding to renewal, across agency accounts. You will work with product, engineering, and GTM teams to drive adoption and value for public sector customers.

You will partner with law enforcement and other public agencies, navigating complex timelines and high-stakes deployments, while shaping playbooks and strategic advice to maximize time-to-value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or related leadership role.
• Willingness to travel up to ~40%
• Experience working with enterprise/public sector customers in fast-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the public sector customer success function.
• Lead lifecycle from onboarding to renewal across agency accounts.
• Translate user needs into actionable input for product/engineering.
• Design and deliver training for diverse technical audiences.
• Build relationships across government ranks and procurement processes.
• Communicate outcomes with case studies, webinars, and talks.
