Job summary

Citian is a fast-growing SaaS company in Washington, DC seeking a Customer Success Manager. You will understand our public sector clients’ needs and deliver outstanding experiences while ensuring maximum value from Citian products and services.

The role focuses on building lasting relationships, driving upsell opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborating with Sales/Development to optimize client experience. Travel regionally and nationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS GovTech.
• Proven ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong track record of exceeding customer success metrics and targets.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
• Experience with public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and provide outstanding experiences.
• Ensure maximum value from Citian products and services.
• Build lasting relationships with public sector clients to scale the business.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with Sales and Development teams.
