Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Compliance - Public Sector Contracts in Washington, DC to lead the end-to-end validation framework for ~2,000 annual obligations across global public sector programs. You will partner with Legal, Audit, Contracts, and eGRC teams, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer to mitigate FCA exposure.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compliance, government contract management, internal audit, or enterprise risk management.
• Public sector contracting compliance experience in US federal sector.
• Experience with control validation methodologies and large data sets.

Aufgaben

• Drive the end-to-end risk categorization of ~2,000 annual non-standard public sector contractual obligations across global markets.
• Run self-certification validations with evidence-backed processes targeting high-risk obligations.
• Mitigate enterprise risk and deliver high-level risk reporting to CCO leadership.
• Serve as the primary audit liaison and manage remediation status with Internal Audit.
• Partner with outside counsel and internal Legal on validation questions and with eGRC for automation.
