Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of government contracts within the US Public Sector. You will negotiate modifications, SOWs, and complex agreements, interfacing with Government Contracting Officers and internal stakeholders.

You will guide compliance with FAR, agency supplements, and pricing rules while driving contract growth and risk mitigation across federal programs.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of combined experience managing government contracts within public sector or commercial tech.
• Deep operational knowledge of FAR and agency-specific supplements.
• SaaS and professional services contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of government contracts, ensuring FAR and policy compliance.
• Manage contract execution, order conversions, pricing verifications, and close-outs.
• Collaborate with AP/AR to oversee contract invoicing and payments.
• Advise internal leaders on procurement, risks, and mitigation strategies.
