Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Compliance - Public Sector Contracts to lead validation of thousands of obligations across AMER/EMEA/JAPAC, protect the company's reputation, and build a scalable risk-based program on the enterprise eGRC platform.

This role sits at the intersection of Risk, Legal and Public Sector Operations, reporting to the CCO, and guiding cross-functional teams in Audit, Legal, and Contracts to ensure effective control validation and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compliance, government contract management, internal audit, or enterprise risk management.
• Public Sector Expertise: Strong foundation in U.S. federal and public sector contracting compliance, including FCA risks.
• Control Validation & Data Mastery: Proven background executing control validation methodologies and managing high-volume data sets
• Tooling Proficiency: Hands-on experience with eGRC/GRC platforms and risk controls software.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives across Legal, Tech, Audit, and Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Validation Framework across ~2,000 annual obligations in global markets.
• Run semi-annual self-certification validations with evidence to ensure zero gaps.
• Mitigate enterprise risk and report FCA exposure to CCO leadership.
• Audit Liaison: coordinate with Internal Audit for remediation status.
• Legal & Regulatory Advisory: partner with outside counsel and internal teams on validation questions.
• Contract & Tech Integration: collaborate with Contracts Management and eGRC to map and automate controls.
