Job summary

Salesforce in Chicago, IL is seeking a Manager, Compliance - Public Sector Contracts to protect the company’s reputation and drive operational excellence across global public sector obligations. You will lead validation of ~2,000 annual non-standard obligations and build a scalable, risk-based program on our enterprise eGRC platform.

This high-visibility role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer, collaborates with Legal, Internal Audit, and Public Sector teams, and guides cross‑functional

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compliance or risk management.
• Public sector contracting compliance expertise, FCA risks.
• Experience with high-volume data sets and control validation.
• Hands-on with eGRC/GRC platforms and risk controls software.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end risk categorization of 2,000 annual obligations.
• Design and execute semi-annual, evidence-backed validation.
• Provide high-level risk reporting and trend analysis to CCO.
• Serve as primary Audit Liaison with Internal Audit.
• Collaborate with outside counsel and internal Legal teams.
• Coordinate with Public Sector Contracts and eGRC Eng.
• Support platform enhancements and workflow automation.
• Scale operations to meet growing global volumes.
