Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Compliance - Public Sector Contracts to lead the validation program across global public sector obligations. You will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and work closely with Legal, Tech, Audit, and Sales leadership to manage FCA exposure and drive operational excellence.

You will own framework development, self-certifications, and collaboration with eGRC teams to automate controls, enabling scalable compliance across AMER, EMEA, and JAPAC regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compliance or related fields.
• Strong foundation in U.S. federal and public sector contracting compliance.
• Experience executing control validation methodologies with high-volume data.
• Hands-on experience with eGRC/GRC platforms and risk controls software.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end validation framework for 2,000+ annual obligations across global markets.
• Run semi-annual self-certification validations for high-risk obligations.
• Partner with Internal Audit, legal teams, and outside counsel to resolve validation questions.
• Collaborate with Public Sector Contracts Management and eGRC Engineering to map and automate controls.
