Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Compliance - Public Sector Contracts to lead validation of compliance controls for ~2,000 annual obligations across AMER/EMEA/JAPAC. You will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and drive risk-based validation on our enterprise eGRC platform.

This role sits at the intersection of Risk, Legal, Tech, and Public Sector Operations, with accountability for FCA exposure and cross-functional collaboration with Internal Audit and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compliance, government contract management, internal audit, or enterprise risk management.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal contracting compliance, including FCA risks.
• Experience with high-volume data sets and validation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end risk categorization for ~2,000 annual obligations across global markets.
• Design and execute semi-annual self-certification validations.
• Provide risk reporting, trend analysis, and actionable insights to CCO leadership.
