Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in the United States seeks a Manager, Compliance - Public Sector Contracts to lead a high-visibility program protecting the company’s reputation across AMER, EMEA, JAPAC.

You will validate ~2,000 annual obligations and build scalable validation on the enterprise eGRC platform, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer. The role requires 7+ years in compliance or risk management, strong FCA knowledge, and experience guiding cross-functional teams including Legal, Audit and Tech.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compliance, government contracts, internal audit, or risk management.
• Strong foundation in U.S. federal/public sector contracting compliance and FCA risk.
• Experience executing validation methodologies and handling large data sets.
• Hands-on with eGRC/GRC platforms and risk controls software.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Validation Framework and end-to-end risk categorization of ~2,000 annual obligations across global markets.
• Run semi-annual, evidence-based self-certifications to ensure zero gaps in compliance.
• Mitigate FCA exposure and deliver risk insights to CCO leadership.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Legal, and Public Sector teams to map obligations and controls.
