Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Compliance - Public Sector Contracts to lead validation of global government contracting obligations and drive a scalable risk-based program. You will partner with Legal, Internal Audit, and eGRC teams to map controls and ensure adherence across AMER, EMEA, and JAPAC regions.

You will mentor a Compliance Analyst and shape the program to mitigate FCA exposure, optimize control validation, and support a robust enterprise risk framework.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compliance, government contract management, internal audit, or enterprise risk management.
• Strong foundation in U.S. federal/public-sector contracting compliance and FCA risks.
• Proven background executing control validation methodologies with large data sets.
• Hands-on experience with eGRC/GRC platforms and risk controls software.
• Exceptional communication skills and cross-functional influence across Legal, Tech, Audit, and Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end validation framework for ~2,000 annual public sector obligations across global markets.
• Design and run semi-annual self-certification validations with evidence-backed processes for high-risk obligations.
• Provide high-level risk reporting and insights to the Chief Compliance Officer leadership.
• Serve as audit liaison and coordinate with Internal Audit on remediation status.
• Collaborate with Legal, outside counsel, and eGRC Engineering to map and automate obligations and controls.
