Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Compliance - Public Sector Contracts to lead validation of ~2,000 annual non-standard public sector obligations and build a scalable risk-based validation program across AMER, EMEA, and JAPAC. You will report to the CCO and mitigate FCA exposure, partnering with Legal, Audit, and eGRC teams to map controls and automate validation cycles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance, government contract management, internal audit, or enterprise risk management.
• Public sector contracting compliance knowledge (U.S. federal).
• Experience with control validation and managing high-volume data sets.
• Hands-on experience with eGRC/GRC platforms and risk controls software.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across Legal, Tech, Audit, and Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Validation Framework for ~2,000 annual public sector obligations across global markets.
• Design and execute semi-annual, evidence-backed self-certifications for high-risk obligations.
• Mitigate FCA exposure and deliver risk reports, trends, and insights to CCO.
• Act as Audit Liaison, managing evidence delivery and remediation status.
• Collaborate with Legal, outside counsel, and eGRC engineering on controls mapping.
• Support product roadmap with platform enhancements and workflow automation.
