Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at organizational level.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical executives.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives cross-functional.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies and tactics to create a qualified pipeline with pursuit/win plans for each.
• Research data to identify cloud solutions needs and buying trends from government sources.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Pre-RFP and RFP opportunities and drive pursuit plans.
• Lead pursuit and proposal response planning with internal stakeholders to position AWS to win.
• Develop win strategies and innovative procurement approaches with AWS partners.
• Lead negotiations of direct contracts, including Enterprise Agreements and NDAs.
• Navigate government contracting vehicles and compliance requirements.
• Manage portfolio of engagements with varying timelines and milestones.
