Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant in Grand Rapids to help government and other public sector clients modernize people, processes, and technology through structured change initiatives.

You will assess readiness, guide stakeholders, and coordinate communications and training as part of multi-disciplinary teams delivering large-scale programs. This role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and delivering measurable adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least two years applying an OCM methodology such as PROSCI.
• At least one year of readiness analysis for a project valued at $10 million or more.
• At least one year guiding stakeholders through change and assessing readiness.
• Prosci certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness and change impacts; identify gaps and actions.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to support awareness and readiness.
• Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, coaching, and training.
• Support readiness networks and change champions within client organizations.
• Maintain stakeholder records and readiness reporting.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Collaborate with project leaders and other delivery teams across project phases.
