Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Westlake, OH is seeking a Bids Representative to manage government bid responses and related documentation. You will coordinate with sales, operations, and compliance to ensure timely, accurate bid submissions and maintain audit-ready records.

The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork, with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced public-sector bidding environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of irrigation/landscape supplies knowledge or similar experience.
• Exposure to government or municipal bidding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, prepare, and submit responses to IFB, RFB, and RFP solicitations.
• Gather, review, and organize bid documents to ensure full scope understanding.
• Print, organize, and stage bids by due date for timely submission.
• Complete bid bond, insurance certificates, and other compliance docs.
• Prioritize and manage multiple bids by due date and complexity.
• Monitor procurement portals for solicitations, addenda, and awards.
• Coordinate with field sales, branches, and internal stakeholders on bid issues.
• Maintain vendor registrations and prequalification documentation.
• Conduct post-award follow-up to gather competitive information.
• Prepare and index bid records for audit-ready retention.
