Primary duties include managing state registrations, licenses, and renewals, reviewing safety data sheets, and supporting product labeling projects.

Qualifications

• Administrative data entry into enterprise software systems.
• Proof-reading and editing of product labels.
• Prepare regulatory documents and safety data sheets.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor state registrations and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Input data into enterprise software and code products for state sales.
• Prepare and file regulatory documents and SDS.
• Proofread and edit product labels for accuracy.
• Communicate with agencies, contractors, vendors to support initiatives.
• Oversee state registrations and license renewals.
• Research regulatory compliance requirements at state and federal levels.
