Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist for its public sector team in San Francisco. You will own the Agent Development Life Cycle, from scope to production, translating policy needs into reliable production agents that support thousands of conversations daily.

You’ll partner with agency executives and cross-functional teams to define success, shape AI strategy, and drive mission impact, while expanding use cases and roadmaps for government partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional, high-visibility initiatives.
• Ability to translate policy requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across exec, policy, and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production.
• Advise public sector leaders on AI strategy and impact.
• Coordinate with program, operations, technology, security, legal, and procurement teams.
• Identify new use cases and develop roadmaps for multi-step journeys.
• Shape product strategy and public sector roadmap with leadership.
