Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven technology solution sales experience, preferably Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM or Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-powered search adoption in new and strategic accounts within Tennessee/Mississippi government sectors.
• Position Elastic as trusted advisor, translating data into actionable insights.
• Nurture Open Source offerings and articulate value of commercial features.
• Identify new use cases and opportunities; navigate complex sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Elastic teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Develop a comprehensive business plan leveraging communities, customers, and partners.
