Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a dynamic Public Sector Account Executive to grow our presence in SLED accounts across Tennessee and Mississippi. You will drive adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered search solutions, nurture Open Source offerings, and articulate value to government agencies.

This role emphasizes strategic account planning, cross‑function collaboration, and a strong focus on new business and renewing relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience selling technology solutions, preferably related to Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud.
• Experience in State and Local Government sales, preferably within the States of Tennessee and Mississippi.
• Experience in solution selling, with the ability to articulate the value of technology for customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI-powered search solutions within new Enterprise accounts and deepen engagement with Strategic accounts.
• Position yourself as a trusted advisor, helping customers harness Elastic's search analytics to gain insights.
• Nurture Open Source offerings and articulate value of advanced commercial features.
• Identify and develop new use cases showing Elastic solutions improve efficiency and intelligence for users.
• Collaborate with Elastic business functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and navigate complex sales cycles.
