Job summary

EDB is looking for an Analytics & AI Account Executive in Public Sector Sales to co-sell with regional teams, drive analytics opportunities, and enable field teams with the latest messaging and solutions.

The role focuses on government-regulated data, enterprise tech, and high-stakes deals across analytics, AI, data platforms, cloud, and SaaS. Ideal for seasoned enterprise sellers who can own complex opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise technology sales.
Experience selling Analytics, AI, data platforms, cloud, databases, SaaS, or related enterprise technology.
Understanding of government regulations, and the security/data management requirements of sensitive Public Sector data.
Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
Demonstrated ability to create pipeline beyond inbound opportunities.
Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
Ability to engage credibly with senior technology and business executives.

Responsibilities

Deal Acceleration: Co-sell with account and territory owners on active deals to progress and close complex Platform and Analytics opportunities.
Pipeline Generation: Design and execute targeted campaigns to unearth analytics opportunities and expand the footprint.
Field Enablement: Serve as the domain expert for the sales org, keeping AEs up to date on analytics messaging and value propositions.
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with account owners to integrate analytics solutions into broader territory plans.
